Request for Accommodations    Help

 

You can request your academic accommodation letter using the tools in this section. Once a request is submitted it will be automatically approved if you do not require any changes.

If you do require changes your accessibility advisor will be notified and the process will begin to re-assess your accommodations.  You may need to meet with your accessibility advisor as part of this process.

Once a request has been approved your instructors will receive an email with instructions on how to access your academic accommodation letter through the instructor portion of this portal.  You can access your academic accommodation letter on this portal at any time once approved.
